How to install

Follow these steps to get CSI MyMobile running on your device.

Open your app store

On Android, open Google Play Store. On iPhone or iPad, open the App Store. You can also tap the store buttons at the top of this page to go directly to the listing.

Search for CSI MyMobile

Search for CSI MyMobile and locate the app published by CSI Helsinki. Tap Install (Android) or Get (iOS) to begin the download — the app is free.

Sign in with your CSI credentials

Open the app after installation and sign in using your organisation's CSI Helsinki credentials. The login uses the same account as CSI MyDesk and MyOutlook.

Allow notifications (recommended)

When prompted, allow push notifications so you receive real-time alerts for tasks, messages, and deadlines assigned to you.

Start working from anywhere

Your matters, time entries and tasks are synced and ready. Tap Time in the bottom navigation to log your first mobile entry.
